Cant help you with non uk prices. Just check out prices locally and you will get an idea if it is a good price

This sounds about right to me its around £7 uk and i think that you can pay from £5-8 for that size. The fish wont change that much from the picture but may get a little bit more or less orange/red. You may enhance the colours by feeding them on river shrimps or meal worms on a regular basis.
