Sometimes they do look a little bit sore, but I've not had any problems with any of my Oscars, & lots of them have developed this, not all of them, but quite a few.

I'm quite sure other people will reassure you as well because this is quite normal for Oscars to develop these pimples

i believed your o had just finish bulldozing your substrate
or anything he/she want to move inside your tank. in a few
weeks, you will see a dimple as big as an pencil eraser
