If you find your oscars are eating your algae eaters food then I suggest you feed them at night. I have a similar problem with feeding my plec that is in with my silver dollars(silver dollars eat algae wafers). What I do is put algae wafers in late at night. I wait until my tank lights are out and then I turn my room lights out, then i pop some algae wafers in. This only works with algae eaters that are awake at night

If your algae eaters are not active at night then the only thing you can do is to break the food into very small pieces and that way your oscar hopefully wont bother with them

Like OFL said, use food thats too large for the O to eat
I attach a quarter of zuchinni to a stone I used for carp-fishing.
My O does not care about zuchinni.

Thank you, she was given to me by a friend, who's dad got sick and she had to sell his tank.
She was small and very underfed when I got her.
She's allmost 11" and fat!

I'd say so. Is she just a common pleco or ?
