welcome to the site

I haven't actually works out exactly what you would need because it's very late here in the UK and I'm going to sleep very shortly. However, you have lots of fish and I'm afraid 250 gallons would not be the big enough to house them all. You're looking at well over 100 gallons just for the Arrowana. An absolute minimum of 55 gallons for each Oscar. Your manganese will require more than a single Oscar, you've got several other fish that get fairly big as well. If you cannot provide them with a large aquarium, I would think about reducing your stock dramatically.

if you will keep the existing tank, a 250 gal for the aro and few medium size
tankmate will do. but if your idea is only one tank, then i would say
you need a swimming pool.....

Test your water for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate so we can rule out poor water quality
