How old is the Oscar? What are your water conditions?

If the fish not growing whatsoever, there is a possibility there may be a genetic defect somewhere, difficult to say really.

Also, what have you been feeding on how often?

How big is your tank and do you have Nitrates-Nitrites-Ammonia test readings?

from what i no is oscar fish can grow at different rates. there not always a sure thing that they will grow at the same rate. for example i have two o's and one sence i got him has always been the more agressive one and most dominated in the tank and would always seem to get the majority of the food that was feed to the two o's and still does. the bigger o is 5inchs and smaller one is 3inchs. but the smaller one seems to be catching up. both my o's were bought at the same time and are about maybe less than 3months old.
just give the smaller one time.
but if 5months roles by and he's still small then id say somthing might be wrong
excelent water quality is a must.

I think in general Albinos stay a bit smaller, what I've seen.
But the difference will only show when they grow bigger.

Fish grow at different rates. Just look at a bunch of fry from the same batch. Some will be twice the size of others

As long as your fish is getting some food i wouldnt worry for now but if it doesnt grow after a month or so then you may have problems

It is difficult to see fish growing when you see them everyday. You end up comparing them to other fish in the tank. Take a photo of your fish and then take another a month later. You might find both are growing, but one is growing faster

with proper environment and good feeding regiments, oscars
grow at an average of 30% of what they eat. so if you have
feed them 1 kg food in a month, they should gain weight about
300 grams for the same period.

if any one among your oscar eats less, he will definitely grow less too.

i have the same problem my tiger oscar has taken off but my poor little albino is still small he is bigger than when i first got him but only half the size of my tiger.. but also i think the tiger is a pig when it comes to feeding time and my albino is half blind.. so that might be a part of the problem but he seams happy and the tank is fine it just must be the albino breed.
