my tiger oscar has a strange shaped tail is this normal ???As i havent ever noticed it on other oscars before? He looks in good health, and no sign of fin rot!!!its just a strange shape compared to our other fish.

I should not worry about it, sometimes you do get little deformities, it doesn't even look like that, just the way the little chap has grown

i totally agree with OFL. in addition, there are times some fishes got trouble
when still young where some tank mate nipped on their tails and affect their
shape when re-grow
