Could you please supply us with a photograph. Also we need your water readings, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH

To test your water reading you can either buy test strips or use the liquid testers(these usually involve at least 2 bottle). The liquid testers are better and more accurate. You will need Ph,Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate testers

I am not very good at picture but upload them onto photo-bucket and then put a link to them in the post. I managed it so it cant be hard. If you go to the photo section on here the top post will help you

A little bit blurred, but I can see what you mean. Do these patches look raised, or like cotton wool? Could be some kind of fungal infection. Problem is, there are loads of different infections fish can pick up. To get a reliable diagnosis of exactly what it is, you'd have to send off samples to be tested. I let other people throw some suggestions but it does rather look fungal to me. You could try some colour fungicide. Go to your fish store and asked them what they stop. I will have a route through my book and see if I can find anything

Hard to tell from that picture. Buy or borrow a book with fish diseases in it and see if you can match it up with one. I know there is a disease called mouth fungus- it might be that
