Hi there, not much can be determined without pics and water parameters.

firstly welcome to the site.

now as for your dilema. can you give us some more info on your setup. like tank size, fitration, and your water parameters ie. ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, ph and temp. also do you have any other tankmates in with your oscars. the answer to these question will help in determining what might be wrong with your oscars.
Warning..I will offend you at some point!!!

Welcome to the site

Unfortunately your tank only big enough for one Oscar. Now regarding water parameters, can you please carry out a test and post the actual results for us.

firstly imho i think your tank is overstocked. if i read this correctly you have 3 9 inch oscars and a 5 inch id shark in an 80 gallon tank and you use one marineland hob filter. generally speaking we recommend 100 gallons for 2 oscars with filtration that is rated for twice the total volume of the tank.
now having said that there is no need to panic just yet. you have stated that your water tested fine but could you post the actual results for ammonia nitrites and nitrates. hopefully you have a water test kit that uses a liquid reagent. this type of test kit is more accurate and reliable than the test strips. not that i dont beleive your water is fine but what passses for some as good water is not necessarily the same for others. oscar in particular are quite sensitive to poor water and act "strangly" when things are a little off.
also could you give us the temp and ph of your tank so we can eliminate those as the culprit.
