OGI. I wonder oscar gender can apply using similar formula since this could be alternative solution to venting.

i believe if there is any possible way to determine sexes of oscars,
it would be publish by now.....

how can you determine the male and the female just by looking at them

Some fish can be sexed easily and others are more difficult. This method may work for arowana but I doubt it would work for oscars, but you never know. It is obviously not an easy thing to do and probably wouldnt be of much use to oscar keepers. The article mentioned it would be good for aro breeders to get the best sex ratio for breeders, for oscars the best ratio is 1 male and 1 female and oscars will choose their own mates. The best way to get a breeding pair of oscars is to get several oscars and let them pair off themselves
