Welcome aboard mike, first of all

Probably someone is going to move this to the appropriate forum, so don't wonder.

Cloudy eye is often a sign of some kind of bacterial infection, mostly happening to fish that are weakened for some reason and hence suscepticle to getting sick.
Could you tell us a bit about your tank and what's in it maybe? And did you test your water possibly? Asking because it often happens if the water parameters (mainly ammonia, nitrite, nitrate) are not good.
Depending on how you treated your Oscars for ich, the medication might have messed with the beneficial bacteria in your tank/filter and decreased water quality, plus medication itself can be heavy on fish and weaken them. And are the fish getting along fine or any trouble? Generally stress of any kind makes them prone to get sick.

I'd recommend doing a water change first of all, whether you have been using meds or not. In case you did, you want the meds out anyway after ich treatment, and for that purpose it's also good to add some activated carbon to your filter for a day or so and then throw it away.
Often a cloudy eye will get better on its own once the water quality has been improved respectively other stress factors been removed; if it doesn't within some days or worsens, there are meds available for external bacterial infections that should help (but might as well mess with your filter bacteria). Treatment only after the possible previous medication has been removed.

Besides using the heavy stuff, adding a bit of dissolved aquarium salt to your water (like 1 tablespoon for 10 US gallons) can be beneficial as well if you didn't treat the ich with salt anyway, or many ppl say that Melafix shows good effects in such cases if you can get that where you are.

Hope this helps, good luck and keep us posted!
If I were a guy, I\'d have probably needed only 30% of the amount of words to say this

It could just be trauma of the eye. If it isn't too bad, it should clear up. However, as metoo has already suggested, it could well be a bacterial infection. Parasitic worms can also cause cloudiness in the eye, you would have to examine the eye very closely with a magnifying glass to see if you could see anything to find out if this is the problem. There are two treatments for bacterial infections of the eye, one is methylene blue, the other is acriflavin. I think the latter would have to be supplied by a vet unless you could find an off-the-shelf medication that contained it. I should reiterate what metoo has already said about being careful with medications. Methylene blue could play havoc with your biological filtration so if you do use it, take the fish out and treat in a tank on its own.

first off i would check your water parameters. If your nitrates are above 40 then water changes are needed. Once you have removed the ICH treatment or left the tank alone for a few days (as per the instructions) you can try Myxazin which is good for bacterial infections.
