I think one of my O's had fish TB a couple months ago. I got some good advice from sum1 and my oscar recovered and is healthy again. I was advised to treat with vitamin b complex, and treat for bacteria. And so i did. i got some liquid vitamin b complex from walgreens and soaked pellets in it to feed along with adding about a dozen drops to my 100 gal. i also bought bacteria medicine i think it was tetracytomine , ill check though. just followed the directions and did a four dose treatment cycle. i also added a couple tablespoons of fresh water aquarium salt as well. i had a post a while back titled 'sick baby oscars help plz' if you search you may find it.
good luck hope this helps!

if you are still hoping it can recover, try the last ditch with methylene blue
in a bucket. put it there for about an hour before putting it back to his tank.
that is what people usually do for highly infected fishes.

use tank water dosed with the substance as prescribe in the label.

X2. as a last ditched effort its not a bad one. met blue is pretty good at killing most parasites if not all. its worth a try.
