Several weeks ago, I wrote you about my Oscar that had HITH and had not eaten in four weeks. I wanted to let you know that she has made it!! I ended up moving her into a 20 gallon hospital tank, continued medicating for another week and then stopped medication. She basically laid sideways on the bottom of the tank for about a week and a half, but she amazingly started swimming up right. It took her another three days after swimming upright to start eating. It was slow at first, but she eventually was eating very heartily again. I moved her back into her 55 gallon home about two weeks ago and she is looking better every day. I have attached a photo so that you can see her shine.

Thanks so much for the help you offered. It did provide me with some guidance and help me in saving her.

It's always nice to hear of successful fish recovery. I'm really pleased that your fish is doing well

WOOHOO

Im pleased for you and your fish. Any chance you can post exactly what the fish looked like and what you did to heal it so we use it to tell others about what worked for you? The more detail the better
