Just wondering if anyone here use that protuct called Garlic guard, it's simply a garlic concrentration liquid. I found it to be a awsome product.
My 12 inch fire eel had ick, and one of my 7inch Oscar had one side destroyed by a falling rock, and i used to use that garlic guard in my reef tank to help new comers to eat (it give more flavour to food, and help new fish to eat if they are too shy) and i just tought myself that it couldn't be bad for my O's and my guy at my lfs told me it could be good cure to ick for my Blue hippo tang.
Used it ( 1 capfull per 10gal ) with temparature raise to 84f in my 80 gallons O's tank. Over 1 night ick were almost fully cured, and my oscar got is side fully cured new scale and all. And they seems lots more hungry now with that garlic flavour all over the tank

Anyway just wondering if anyone else ever tryed that garlic guard product too ? and if you know it can help with any other sickness ?
for now tryed and seems to work on ick, scale and hungry... to me it seems like a great product never heard of it before so i'm surprise!

Can't say I have ever used this product before, however I see the need to sell it in the UK so I may just get some and see how my fish like it.Garlic is healthy for human beings, so why not for fish? Mind you, if my Oscars think I am kissing them goodnight after eating this stuff, they have got another thing coming

i boil the regular garlic and in that water dip the fish food and put it in the tank... the fish loves it when its ill.. but if its too weak to eat.. then simple put that water in the tank...
