I've seen them as cheap at $8 US

where i live there are 3 places close by that sell them. they range from $10 to almost $20. 2 inch to about 5 inches.

I paid 15 bucks each for the 3 that I have.

in australia red tigers are $13 red oscars are $17 and albenios are $20

Here they are about $8 for a 1.5"-2" and go up to about $15 for a larger one.

In Holland we pay 4-6 euros for wild and Lutino Oscars, thats 5,25 - 8 US$
For a tiger or red i have to pay 12,95 Euros, thats 17,30 US$
All for babys.

It depends where you go here, Oscars are not like buying a package of cigarettes that cost the same every where, a fish store can charge what they like, some shops here are more expensive than others so in one store you can get a small three-inch Oscar for £4.95, whereas somewhere else it may cost you £6.00.

When I bought my Jurupari nearly 3 years ago, they cost me £7.95 each, I think there were 2 inches. Another shop 10 miles away were selling exactly the same sort at exactly the same size for £13.

I live in pennsylvania, the local fish store sells oscars for 4.99 a piece and tigers/albinos for 5.99 a piece, all are 2" big. I also got my green terror for 4.99.
