Hi, I have just got my first oscar. I am wondering whether one would get lonely and if so should I get a tank mate. If so would it be best to get another oscar or a different fish? My oscar is a baby, only about one and a half inches long. Thank you.
Welcome to the website. No, your Oscar will not get lonely. An Oscar will be perfectly okay on its own in the tank. By all means get another Oscar but only do it if you have enough tank space. Oscars are very messy fish and they need a lot of space
