Okay, I have a big tank... The problem is that I don't know exactly how many gallons it is.

I am guessing around 100 or so... and that's what I am hoping for!

I'm going to get a NORMAL Tiger oscar cichlid, and some silver dollars...

And then I will be happy...

The good news is this... I may be able to get the Oscar sometime this week!

The tank has been circulating ever since I joined pretty much... and I've been putting water from other tanks to make it go along faster... as well as a filter already used in another tank just before...

And I am going to get my oscar finally!

I've been staring at them in pet stores to the point people stare at me as a crazy person... and they've been making me want them more and more!!
I've found the one I like, and it's coming home soon hopefully!

And I already have everything for it ready.. including food...
(The food is Hikari Cichlid Gold Floating Pellets)

Anyway, I am just so happy...

I'll post some pics once I get it, don't worry!

I haven't tested it for a while... plan on testing it the day before I buy it!

Well depending on the temp outside you might want to bring it im since it will take some time to warm up. Also with the water being off to your filter for hours ( which it will when you move it) alot of your bacteria will die, so it might be a good idea to move it in and cycle it for a little bit before you bring your O home. Just to be on the safe side.

I have a heater in it right now... and I plan to have an extension cord on hand when I am moving it... Although... moving it will surely be a pain...

Is your filter cycled?
I mean are there any fish in the tank now?
If not, your tank is not cycled.
Better test before hand and to avoid disappointment the day before you plan to get him.
Our fish don't grow too big, our tank becomes too small!
