im just curious as im struggling to identify which type's i have. i was told i have a "black oscar" and a "lemon oscar" can someone clarify for me what mine are please, pics in profile. thanks

It looks like you have a Tiger, and a Lituno Oscar... And that is a great Setup you have there...

What kind of filtration do you have?

They look like a Tiger & an Albino Tiger to me.

a lovely lutino tiger with yellow markings
and a black tiger with red markings.

the lutino in my signature is a lutino tiger with red markings

ummm.. i dont acctually know. all i do know is its made by 'interpet' or something like that, it came with the tank you see. you can see it in the pic's on my profile. in tank type, seems to do the job. no complaints. i would like an out of tank filter, but right now i need 2 new tyres for my bike, new rear hub all new cables and brake pads and finally a 1piece crank conversion. im 6ft5 and 18 stone, i just beat those pedals so hard it all just keeps breaking bit by bit lol. i'll stick a pic of it on my profile now hehe

I'm affraid you will need addition filtration to keep up with the bioload.
Only a internal filter will probably not do the job,imo.
I didn't see any tubings in the pics, that's why i asked.
You may need to consider getting a descent size canister to help with the filtration.
But i see your point, you can only spend your money once!lol

im lookin at a bigger set up now allready anyway, so im gonna price up a proper filtration system, heating and lighting.
