Blimey, difficult to say. Any chance of the photographs. I couldn't honestly give you an answer at the moment. Oscars do change colour as they grow older. Sometimes the shops get confused and sell fish under the wrong name. Do you think there is any possibility that your fish is not Lutino? Lutino Oscars are normally white with some red or orange.

Getting some pics up soon. Deffinetly looked like a lutino . Not my first either. But know every day he gets more gray on him. Looks kinda cool. He is eating well and very active so I think it safe to assume he is not sick. Just a freak.lol
