i just discovered what looks
like mold on 1 of my tiger oscars
head.. the other 1 has none..
is there anyone else that has found
this on there fish,, any help would
be greatful.. thanks

Hey Pinto Kid. Welcome to the site. I personally have not come accross this before. Is it possible that it could be the sensory pits that oscars have on their heads?
Also, can you get a pic and post that here so we can have a look. It's hard to say without seeing it! I'm sure the others will be able to tell you more!

Hi welcome to the site.Pooky is right also if you can you're water readings will help ammonia,nitrite,nitrate and ph.

If the mould looks like cotton wool them its probably a fungus. There are many treatments for fungus available. Make sure your ammonia and nitrite are zero and your nitrate is below 40 ideally below 20. A pic would be a help
