Looking at my tank 2day found these little white worm things stuch to the glass, looked just like a bit of algae but when I lookd closer they are moving like a worm. To small to get a photo thou.
Any thoughts guys??

They are harmless and they are caused by Over feeding.

A good gravel vac, and feeding less will get rid of them!

Didn't think iv been over feeding thou. Only feeding every 2nd day and they eat it all up clean...sorta.lol

Was scared it was a parasite or has anybody heard of a thing calld aqua?
Its a thing you can get in your tap water after heavy rains?? I think that's what its called.

I have never heard of those... But Plantera(sp) is very common... Think of all the food that comes out of the Oscars gills when they eat! LOL... even my O's have a lot of wasted food!

small worms are normal in fish tanks with substrate.
i was hit with those worms thus i remove all of them.
worms were gone too.
