Just recently rehomed one of my lutinos because they're getting bigger in a 50gal tank. Plus the bigger one is getting bullied and having some serious injuries. I rehomed the bully one (which was supposed to go to PAUL by the way, but you're kind of far so.. Anyway, thanks for all the help. I tried to tame it but he just keeps on picking on the other one.)
He's in good hands right now.. Seems like the new owner knows what he's doing.
Now the one that's with me, he's not eating normal ever since the continuous bullying happened a few days back. And two days ago, at night when I turn the lights on on my room, I see him at the top on his side. He's still doing it sometimes and still not eating normal. What seems to be the problem? Is he just adjusting to the changes that happened? or is he in trauma?

What are your water readings?
Is he in the tank alone now?
Are there any marks or wounds on him?

sorry to hear that obodobo, but if they can not mend their differences,
better to separate them than to watch the damage.... sorry, the time out bag
didn't work for you. anyway, if you knew he is in good hands, you can be
proud of what you have done too....
the other one being still and floating, as long as he is not tilting,
he will recover soon... trauma from bullying will take sometime to heal.
just keep an eye on water parameter to avoid complication... injured
fish is prone to infection...

Yeah, he is alone now. There's a big scar on his forehead but it's healing now. He tilts from time to time. How long do you think he'll recover from the trauma? How about his eating habits? It's not normal compared before, he doesn't eat much now, is that part of the trauma?

Oscar update:
He doesn't tilt anymore. But his eating habits is still not normal. His staple diet are superworms but he refuse to eat them now. Is it part of the trauma? How long would it last?

Ok.. I even tried feeding him pellets for my goldfish. Just a lil bit. He ate them. Seems like he's not into live things right now.

Give him time... I know it is hard when you know they are hurting and there is nothing you can do... But let him relax and discover that it is safe!
It may take him a few days... But if he is eating pellets that is a GREAT start!

Yeah. My small problem is, I don't have pellets for him and what I mean about the superworms as his staple diet is its his only diet! I don't vary his diet. I do feed him fruits but very seldom. Once a month I guess.
I will buy him pellets if that's what he wants. I just don't want him to starve himself to death.

@PAUL - those grass shrimp you mentioned, will I need to quarantine them? Or can I just feed them straight to my O?
@askhammatt - superworms wiggle too when they are drowning, but my O ignores them now. That's the problem. So yes, just like you all said, I will try to feed him other stuff and hopefully he'll be back to normal.
