Hi! I'm not sure what's up with Oscar, I did a 30% water change today (do it 2 times a week), everything was normal, all readings at 0, just want to keep it that way, he's a messy critter:P . Anyway, he's black with a couple of dark brown stripes on him that you can hardly normally see, with orange bits round his gills and the orange eye on his tail. Well after I did the water change, the stripes went nearly white and he was lying on his side not doing anything. I didn't do anything different! Treated the tap water to get rid of the chlorine with aquaplus, and added a bit of aquasonic tropical water conditioner. The pH before the water change was 7, after it's 7.1, the temp was the same ( to touch anyway I didn't stick the thermometer in it, I just feel it, do that all the time!) That was about half hour ago, he's back to normal colour now, but still not doing much. Anybody got any ideas, coz he's got me stumped!
Thanks!

this is normal oscars change color depending on mood or stress level in the wild they change color to blend in with their surroundings so predetors dont eat them.

i dont think u should worry about it as this is fairly normal.
DONT BUY ON IMPULSE DO SUM HOMEWORK FIRST
