so both oscar are 8inchs at least so was wondering would cutting down feeding to once a day be ok? or should i continue on with fedding them morning and night? if so whens a good time to cut back on feeding? after a year or so?

i feed all mine when i get in from work once a day they seem happy one ive had for three years now and the other two 10 mounths hope this helps

At 8 inches, what they will eat in 2-3 minutes ONCE a day is enough...
Mine are adults and I only feed every other day.

But only feeding once a day will cut down on the bioload as well so you will have better water quality!

my Red started to skip days of feeding when he was one year old.
But since i got the smaller tiger, who wants to eat every day,(and he seems to need it) my bigger started to expect food every day again.
Once a day is good enough for sure.
