This is my new Albino Tiger Oscar. I have had it for a few days;its about 1.5". For now its home is a 38 gallon long.HOB filter, undergravel filter w/powerhead, and DIY sponge filter (as seen in vid). I am trying to add a fluval 204 to the tank also(just got hoses in mail, but have an issue with primer, hopefully will have this fixed very soon). I was going to use this tank for 2 convicts to breed, but one jumped out and died (the remaining female is now in the central american tank w/ RD and JD.

I plan on moving this O to a larger tank down the road, but til then it will have a tank to his/her self with lots of filtration and consistent frequent water-changes.

Here is the new girl(hoping):

Thanks for the advice Marcus. I will keep an eye on the situation, and in the meantime will focus on keeping the water quality as good as possible.

@Nicki-Sue and Necromancer, Thanks for taking a look at the new baby O and thanks for the kind comments.
