Welcome to our community

Okay, unless you are using soap somewhere in your tank, I doubt whether they are actually soap bubbles. Anyway, how big are these bubbles and are they covering the entire surface of the water? How often do you carry out water changes? Have you cleaned your filters recently? Also, where does your water come from, straight out of the tap?

Are the bubbles staying there, or are they disappearing quickly?

Finally, have you tested your water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrates and pH. If not, can you please do so and give us the results

hey there.
Proper airation, and i use a lot will not resolve in bubbles that stay floating.
It may be excessive protein from your food.
That will look like soap bubbles...
What do you feed your fish and how much?

Better Airation and more surface agitation should do the trick... (along with regular maintenance ...waterchanges, etc.)

get your reading glasses, Jamie!
but without kidding the pic needs to be resized to serve it's purpose.
I'm still young and got good eyes, but still can't make out what it looks like.
If you got no way of resizing try downloading Irfanview, works like a charm.
edit: i tried to resize but the picture stays very blurry.
