hi everyone im after a bit of advice as my oscar has suddenly changed behaviour and im worried its for the worst!i have done everything as i always done maintenance wise i.e regular water changes.i have tested for ph, ammonia, nitrate and nitrite and are all fine.he has taken to moping about the bottom of the tank and seems to be gasping albeit slowly.i know oscars sometime sulk but he doesnt come to the front of the tank like he used to and beg.whats wrong????the oscar is about 9" and has a 61 gallon tank all to himself.

i have a 6" air stone that is set on the high setting which generates a lot of bubbles but like iv said nothing has changed.about 2 weeks ago i ran a course of octozin to help heal a slighty damaged fin and my wife has just informed me that when she dropped the tablets in the oscar actually ate a couple!silly question but surely this wont have helped!thanks for your reply.

my oscar is still small (4.8"), he doesn't sulk that much. but i think bigger oscars sulk more often, they r moody!
