Hey guys. iv built my trickle filter sump out of an ole ten gallon, and some bio balls. I ordered my quite one water pump model3000. be here in 2 days. Now im on to the plumbing for overflow and sump return to tank. any ideas or does anyone know what size pvc i should be using, and do they sell pieces that connect right to the pump?. any help will do. what should i go pick up from home depot.?

I'm doing the same with a 20gal for my new tank. Hard to tell what you have from the pic it's kinda small.

For the connection between the overflow box and the filter tank I'm using 1 1/4" sump pump hose and fittings. From the pump to the tank I'm using 1/2" clear tubing. All of the fittings and such were purchased from the Home Depot. I wandered up and down the plumbing isles till I found the right combination of parts to do what I wanted.
