12 hrs ago I added 4.5ml of ammonia I tested 2 hrs later ammonia showed between .25-.50ppm

left it over night and just retested

Ammonia 0

Nitrates 0

Nitrates 10-20

pH still around 8

I plan to put 2 Firemouths in should I do it before /same time or after the Oscars have gone in ???

I would the cut dose in half and keep checking for a day or two...ammoina stays at 0 then I would think OK...........Its what I did but I am not an expert.

Took another test this afternoon and still the same

Noddy I did see a pink oscar that would work ,size etc but I walked away in search of a tiger Lantino (what I had started out for )

found one too BIG then another nice coloring size but WHAT's that crap on it's eyes like white fungus /skin/film walked away

This pink one has caught my attention

I'll await the test results in the morning if good might have me a Pinky to go with my Tiger tomorrow More a peach color but crappy lights @ the lfs so who knows lol
