Today I got all cleaning mad in my Oscar-tank.
And now I know you men think: WOMEN, and all their cleaning:angry:
But I had been thinking Dyson vr. tank...
I found my old buketfilter (a Fluval 103) and my manual tank-vacumcleaner and put them together. And vola a homemade "Water-Dyson".
Maaan.. it worked, all the feases and some leftover foods got suged in to the tupe, and now my tank is nice and clean.
I have seen that some shops have electric tank-cleaners or should I say battery-powered cleaners, and I can´t imagine that a battery-cleaner can clean as well as an electric one.
So if you need a good buttom-cleansing, just swich the in-tupe of your buketfilter with a manual tank-vacumcleaner and clean away.
Afterwards I chanced 1/3 of the water and cleaned the Powerhead (not to well, so the fish woulden´t get sick).. When I cleaned the buket, it was clear to me how well my cleaning was:blink:

sounds like you're on to something there. Certainly seems to make cleaning easier for you
