TOPIC: fluval 305

i never hear anyone mention the fluval 305 is there a reason affordbly and for the space i have i was thinking two 305 would be perfect for my 75 gallon what yall think

two would probably be really good. One isn't quite enough for your tank, however in short time, it will probably do the job until you could fix the second one.

Have already said, I like to have double the filtration. I've got couple of Eheim 2028 filters. If one of them packed up, I still know I've got enough filtration for the tank.

from what ive read the 305 is a deceent little filter but does have its drawbacks,for the extra money i would go for the 405. it has a better flow rate and can handle tanks up to 100 gallons. two of these and you would have more than adequate filtration for your 75

ok thankyou i can get a 405 for 199.99 dollars i gues thats gonna be my best bet flow for money wise
