Has anyone ever heard of this pump? It's from Outdoor Aqua. I need to purchase an external
filter for my 55 gal. They said it pumps 320 an hour. Is this too much for my family room aqua. Any help would be appreciated. 9 1/2" Tiger O, 3 Silver Dollars 3".

If it is the same as the one in the link below, it will be fine for your aquarium, plenty of filtration

Canister filters aren't normally noisy. They are normally located in a cabinet with the doors shut anyway. The noisiest thing about a fish tank is the water coming back into your tank from the filtration. Even then that's not too bad.

great. I am excited to have crystal clear water..It's possible right? With a Tiger in the tank I know I still have to do the H2o changes but this will help with maintenance. Any suggestions for the media I should use?

usually, a canister filter come with fitted different media
in it including carbon or coal. please check. i looks like
an immitation of the old style eihem filter. is it made in
asia?

with products made in taiwan and china immitating those
good filters around the world.

I'll let you know when fed x ddelivers it. I have a friend that can modify this to make it more powerful..gah. for $68 I hope it does the job.
