I was wondering if any one has ever used or heard anything on this heater. They make great canister filters(fx5)... www.wharfaquatics.co.uk/proddetail.asp?prod=WAQ3004&cat=14

i never new that fluval made heaters melc........... but as you say their other products are top grade so they are probably great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 2 fluval heaters, mine are the triptronic( not sure if that spelt right)) and they have proven very good. they have been in service for 4-5 yrs without fault.

It might be tritronic come to think of it. anyway its something tronic:laugh:

i believe it is "triptonic" that auto shut-off when you remove it from the water.
