So I had another thread asking if it was time to get a new 75 because the one Im currently using has a lot of bubbling in the seams. Well I finally got a picture of it and wanted to share to confirm that yes it should be reseated before being used to hold water again?

It's like this on all four seams.

Ive seen people do black on black and it is just too much. A friend of mine painted his tank in a leftover grey he had around the house and I liked the way it came out.

I would stay away from that tank if it were new. But you said that those bubbles definitely developed after you first got it. No way would I fill it with water.

Still, I don't want to tell you that you should re-seal it if it doesn't need it. But the only way to find thst out is for it to fail. Better not to take the chance IMO.

Yeah that's the tank Thor is currently in. I've had it for about two years and my friend had it before me for who knows how long. I just bought a new one from a local store for $99. I was tempted to get two.

I'll most likely just end up using the old one for my mouse, but I'm tempted to try and reseal it and make a stand and get a second Oscar :)

But Id like to get him switched tanks this weekend but I can not decide on a background and I want to decide before I switch lol.

So thanks for all the advice guys!
