hi everybody!

Can someone help me where I can get a cheap lid for my 185g tank, I went to a local glass company they will charge me 2pcs of glass for $75. Too much

There are quite a lot of fish stores that sell aquarium lids and hoods, however they tend to be aimed at the smaller baryons, not a large fish tank like yours. I think your best bet is going to get one custom-made. Personally, I would have thought $75 would be a reasonable price for a new lid, I can't see you getting anything cheaper for that size of tank. However, you could find a local carpenter and see if he could make you one, they're not difficult to make at all.

if you're not too picky on the lids ... i was thinking of this:

and cutting to your size...won't look too fancy...but it's an alternative
