whats the ideal temperature to be maintained in the tank?.i have 2 baby Latino oscars in 15 gallon tank(dont be angry am gonna upgrade the tank very soon)

i live in the tropic and my tank is always at 84F...
with cotrolled heater, 80 to 86F will be fine
