so i got this 120g refrigerated lobster tank from my godfathers wife who works at red lobster. they remodeled and were just going to throw it away and get another tank and she got it and had me come pick it up. awesome.

it has uv filters, a refridgeration unit, and dual filtration with 4 stages of filters going into 2 biowheel filters in it. from what i can tell it all works too, they had live lobster in it when we drained it and put it in the truck to bring here.

now you want to know the sad news? its 2 inches wider than any door in my house.

not on its side with the red base removed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get the grinder out and the welder when its in there EASY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well... in the past 2 years i went from a 10 gallon... to 2x 55's, one with an oscar and a few small cichlids, the other full of now nearly foot long Koi, and 2 10's, one of which is my first venture into saltwater and is housing 2 green spotted puffer fish, the other 10 gallon has a dragonfish in it. and now i just got this 120 gallon saltwater tank and i dont even know what to put in it (after i figure out how to get it inside that is) but i couldnt pass up a freebie like that so i got the tank. i would say its getting pretty well out of hand.

any suggestions on habitable fish that like 50 degree saltwater?

Sorry hun... I love the tank, I would have carried it home on my back if I had to... But I have no idea what to put in it...

actually i just got my email back from the manufacturer marineland. they sent me the manual in PDF format and apparently i can adjust it from 45-70 degrees.
