I was reading the post about dual canister setup and the location of intake tubes... it made me start wondering about my setup/planning.

I plan on running one canister (Eheim Pro 3 / 2080) on a 72 x 18 x 24 tank. The canister has two intakes. What would be the best location in the tank for the two intake tubes and spray-bar?

and meghanR, as for the locations of your plumbing i would try to have them far apart, on opposite ends of the tank. ie like the spray bar down on one end, and the intakes on the other, to create a sort of current what would help keep waste from settling to the bottom of your tank and instead allow it to be sucked into the filter to be processed.

wholesome and friendly...we know most of us are grown up but we give consideration
to young enthusiast, thus we sometime edit some post to make it wholesome without
