My girlfriend and I are in the process of getting a bigger tank for our oscars and been having some trouble finding a suitable tank at the right price. I found a nice 90 gallon at a local store that comes with everything for $600, but I have two oscars and a parrot fish. from what I have read on this site, that will be too small for them all so I want to try to find a store that would possibly have the whole setup like the one I mentioned. Or just an online store that you may have gotten your tank from would also be helpful. Thank you for anyone who can help.

I'd say that 90g will be to small. Try looking on craigs list in you'r area, found my big tank for cheap. Also look in the classifieds and other such adds in news papers, never know somthing may come up!!

P.S. It came as a complete running tank. You can find stuff out there for a good deal just have to be patient!

Aggreed with Tido.
If you got more room and money better go for the biggest tank you can house.
That will keep you from having to upgrade again.
Secondhand sites are excelent to find a complete tank.
I bought mine secondhand.
I payed 500 Euros for the complete 180Gl setup with sump, pumps, lights, nightlights, heaters etc.
Keep checking those sites and a good deal may come your way.
Mind you i found my tank in the city i live.
I got a good deal, because the guy had to move and could not take the tank.
Good luck!
Our fish don't grow too big, our tank becomes too small!

I too agree 90 is too small...

And I also say Craigslist or your local Classifieds. I have bought MANY tanks this way cheap!

Hey I noticed you live in Wisconsin as well...where do you live? I'm in Wisconsin as well! I know there are tons of tanks much cheaper than that on craigslist. For $600 there is a 250 gallon near me and a couple 125's, a 150, etc. Let me know where you live in Wisconsin and i'll try to help you out finding one! I'm in Menasha by the way.

Yeah I would suggest finding someone that is selling a 'used' tank. Classified work well!
You can get some really nice deals, especially for 600$

I got a 100gal with stand and aquaclear 110 for $170 and the guy helped me carry it and used his truck to transport it.
