what is the correct water temp to keep two small tiger oscars? ive heard warmer waters are better to prevent things like ick?

I keep my tanks at 80 degrees. as long as you don't add anything to the tank there is no real threat of Ick.

my tank is at 80 right now, yeah i had some columbain sharks in a 55 gallon that got ick on the way home. nasty stuff

if ick becomes an issue, turn the tank temp up to 85 degrees, add 1 tsp pure aquarium salt, and make sure you have an air bar running. this will kill the ick within a few days.

You don't wanna have the O's in there at 85 do you?!?
