im going to change my mechanicl fillter in to a bio, will i still suffer from new tank syindrom?

im running a fulval fx5 bio and 405 mach and planning to fill the 405 with new uncycled bio?

If your FX5 is cycled completely, you should not have a problem.

as long as you have one bio filter you should be good
although i would hate to see fish fight, my oscar would kick your oscars ass!

If a single fx5 can't cope you must have a big tank.))) it will be fine just don't strip both together.
