Many have helped me with the temperature for my O's and Plecos.

Did raise my temp. to 85 due to ich and velvet.
My O's started to act normal, started eating again, etc.

Some suggested that 85 was too high for both O's and Pleco.
I became concerned and lowered the temperature a little bit.
Now, both O's are acting sick again.
Nemo is convulsing again to the point of banging out of his control against the glass and Woofy is scratching himself like crazy on the rocks.

Can't they just stay at 85 degrees where they all seem to be doing well, yes, even the Plecos. They are getting great amount of oxygen and simply LOVE the heat.

Thanks for the input!

Our fish don't grow too big, our tank becomes too small!

no, all levels are really good. the ammonia tends to still go up to .25. they had recovered from a tank that was 4.0 when i became really ill and could not care for them. i felt horrible that this happened to them which is what triggered their problems to begin with.

If they are still freaking out and crashing make sure that there are no sharp items in the tank.

As long as your water tests are ok i would lower the temp and leave it for a couple of days and hopefully your fish will settle down
