hi again everyone!

i am FINALLY starting the tank set up this weekend.
im painting the cabinet and top gloss black...
im also going to be looking at lights and heaters on the weekend...

oh!
i measured my tank properly last week and here are the dimensions
4ft x 1.5ft x 1.5ft

thats a teeny bit smaller than i originally thought it was
i thought that it was 2ft high

question!
if i get an eheim 2028 pro2 ...
am i going to be able to keep two oscars in my tank?
also...
considering the tank dimensions...
is that over compensating?

i was going to get the 2026 pro2 originally
and that was already over...

hope you guys can help me
...yet again!
hehehe

Congratulations on your new tank. Okay, it is around 60 gallons. However, this could go down considerably depending on how far the water comes up, i.e. does it come up 18 inches? It is big enough for one Oscar and nothing else. An Eheim 2028 canister filter would be perfect for it, although the outlet pipes may be very close to the substrate so bear that in mind, I don't think it would be a good idea to have sand in this tank if you do go with one of these filters
