how do you people with the larger tanks manage to clean the back bit of glass apart from getting the flippers and wetsuit out?

i find it difficult, cant get to it with the magnets and with all the bracing even if i stand on a chair i cant reach all of it,

My background stays untouched and i can't reach one side except from the inside out.So i never clean that, and my plecos will help out there from time to time.
The other windows allways are spotless, inside and outside...
In my 90Gl the backgroundglass stays untouched for all my equipment is mounted on there, but again i have a sturisoma that cleans the backglass.

i used to mags for cleaning the glass but since i have a sand substrate i found that grains of sand sometimes get caught between the mags and if your not carefull will scratch the glass. this is why i switched back to using the algea scrubber.

i use a magnetic scrubber, but in all honesty THE best thing in my opinion is a common plec...

I rarely feed mine, and he keeps my tank spotless and is growing well, so my assumption is that there must be plenty of food for him to eat WITHOUT me putting stuff in for him (ie the algae etc)

T

p.s on a downside though a 12" plec can shit out a 3ft length of poo, very easily, it sometimes nearly strangles my poor oscars lol lol it gets lassoo'd around their necks lol
