i bought some driftwood online and it was dried out so shipping was cheap i have had it in my tank like 5-6 weeks now and it still won't stay sunk. i have to keep rocks on it or it'll float,how long till it will stay sunk?? or will it ever??

It may take some time, and again it may never stay down on it's own! Just give it time, and see what happens.. There are ways to anchor it!

If you use stainless screw and anchor the wood to a piece of Plexi, then bury the plexi in the substrate it looks completely natural.

paitence my man, paitence!! i had some driftwood that took AGES to sink... but when it did...oh it was a magical day....cough lol

also I had said earlier, you have to season it.. Boil it in hot water for 2 hrs.. or keep it in cold water for a week.. and then it should be fine and ready
