Assuming that you are keeping South American fish, especially Oscars ,Your pH is perfectly okay, my pH is 6.0 & my fish are very healthy. Do not worry

You tend to get less toxic form of ammonia when the pH is low, neutral and below. So really anyone with a very low pH is probably in a good position, as long as the fish they are keeping do not require a high pH, like some African cichlids.

well ive got 2 large oscars, 1 paroon shark, 1 arowana, 1 fire eel, and 1 small sting ray,
will they be ok with low PH?
