Is there a setting that allows you to avoid subscribing to every topic you post to? My email inbox is cluttered enough and I'm a pretty compulsive forum checker, so I don't really need an email every time someone responds to a topic I've posted to. Seems like there should be a way to turn that feature off...is there?

just uncheck the subscribe buttom at the bottom of the post

I can turn the automatic subscription off if enough people don't want it.

Ah, necromancer, I see the box you speak of. I can uncheck that easily enough. I'd be a fan of not having it at all, but hey, I'm new here. I don't expect to have much pull...

I am not really in favour of turning it off because some newcomers may not check it and maybe expecting an e-mail. The good thing about it is if you do check your e-mail is on a regular basis, you will know when somebody replies to your post.

You will also be informed about older posts that you probably don't check any more. You have to remember that people searched the older threads and may have something to say, if we never checked them, some people might not get the help they need. If you don't wish to receive e-mails to every reply, just uncheck your box before you post.
