I think I know this but then probably not but do the pics we post in the threads sit on Penn's server like the gallery does?

Thats a really good question, cause we post a lot of pics...

Especially if the load he carries costs more as it grows.

Actually I didn't think members were able to upload their own photos. Unfortunately I have had to disable this facility as you have already identified that allowing people to upload their photos just takes up too much space on the server. To give you an idea of how much, I recently deleted all photos that members uploaded into their individual photo gallery. When the photos were in place, the web site when in a zip file was over 1GB in size. It is now something like 300MB now I've removed all photos.

So I'm sorry guys, if you want to add photos, you're going to have to use somebody like photobucket to host your photos. They've certainly got more space on their servers than I have

Obviously if you have several thousand photos on your server, that is one hell of a lot if you need to upload all those files at some stage.
