I would like to address all human spammers that trawl the Internet posting all their crap. Don't waste your time posting on Oscarfishlover.com. The forum and comment boxes are checked every few minutes and anything that is inappropriate or connection with this website is removed immediately.

Unfortunately, moderators are not able to get into the back-end to remove the spam from the comment boxes. I wish they could, it would save me having to do it all the time. What I don't want to do is restrict the comment boxes just you registered users, it's nice that guests can add comments as well. I just wish the bloody spammers would go and find a nice busy road to play on instead of coming on here and making a nuisance of themselves.

At least it's not as bad as youtube. I hate watching nice videos then reading the comments and coming accross references to porn sites!!! It must suck for people that post the vids. I don't envy you. It's one thing to go through your site and put things where they should be, read all the comments and questions, then they come in here posting shite!! Grr....SPAMERS............slap........slap......hehehhe

So what do the spammers do. Do they post links to other sites or advertise unrelated sites. How many do you get a day?

Spammers are the bane of my life, they are complete scum and I would gladly line them up against a wall and shoot the lot of them:evil:

I'd probably get 15 spam e-mails every day. I'm starting to get a complex, after all, they keep telling me I need my genitalia enlarging.

Most of the spam is generated automatically and can spread around the world. I'm not an expert on it but I believe it can even be inserted onto any computer and you wouldn't even know about it, it would send the spam from your own PC. You normally know when you've got human spammers because they get through the image verification devices that are put on a lot of websites. I keep getting someone on my other website entering all this crap. I must removed about 50 spam entries in the comments box delay. If I could get hold of the bastard, I would punch his face in:evil:

Spammers are nothing but scum. A lot of it comes from Russia. If you own a website, especially forum and you ever see an e-mail with ru as the prefix, then that's definitely spam.
