Ok how do you or should I say can everyone load music to there profile? An idiots proof solution pls if I can add it.

to add music to your profile page all you have to do is first add the jomsocial music application. this can be done on your profile page in the application menu on the top of the page.
after you have added this app then return to your profile page and scroll to the bottom and you will see a manage your music setting. click here and add the music you want and thats it.
remember your are limited to 5 megs fou your song

not sure it worked? everytime I clicked upload my comp went to the itunes. so i deleted itunes. did it work?

Marcus, it seems that you haven't uploaded any music yet. Scroll to the bottom of the page in your profile and click on "manage songs" another window should open and it should be pretty self-explanatory from there. Just remember that your song can't be over 5 MB. When you click upload and then submit [if I remember rightly] it may take two or three minutes depending on the size of your song. It will tell you when it's finished so just be patient

as far as I can tell I have re uploaded it. 3.67mb but it says buffering with no sound. do I hear it or not?

Try another song, I am getting the same as you. Delete that first before you upload another one

I have tried about 6 different songs and then gone back to this one as all are the same. I tried uploading from disc and songs on my comp with same result.

Are your songs MP3/MP4?

I have no idea mate? from CD? i tried same song from another disc still the same. has anyone else tried?

not sure if you are working on something but now i get errer opening file. and I can't delete song to try another?
