i believe there are some kind of plecs that grow huge... like the common one.
in our place, a two feet plecs is very common in the swamps and almost all
tributaries. just give them a good space and plenty of foods, they will grow
that much....and in bunches....

ive never seen a comman pleco grow that huge not saying that i dont believe you cause well proff is in the pudding but dang didnt thing it was possable to grow a comman pleco 2ft in a tank
best ive seen in person is 19inchs at most
must of tanking ages to get that big
i have a comman and hes a year old
hes only 8inch at most right now

Paul, just get a big net and go out to the water way... scoop up a bunch and put them in a large tank. I would love to see vids of your 100 Plecs in a tank. Drop a bunch of zucchini's in and watch them go.

ha ha ha...i will try to get hold of that video footage wherein tons of plecs being
used in making fish sauce or paste.... and i will wonder if you gonna buy any fish
sauce from the philippines

but with the help of the investigating team, that shop was closed at the
